Conservation Data Science from Collecting to Sharing (in-person)

High School students will explain the background of the Northern Redbelly Dace and how they are breeding the species. In order to be successful with this conservation project, the students collect data both in the field, as well as work in a lab. They will explain the types of data they collect and will show the sensors they are building and using to collect the data. Then the students will explain how they filter the data and practice quality assurance with the data through instrument calibration. Lastly, the student will go over ArcGIS Story Maps to explain how they share the data's story with the community.
